Careers in Color is a student organization at Temple University dedicated to supporting the professional growth of students of color. Our purpose is to provide a safe, affirming space where members can access career development advice, resources, and mentorship from professionals and alumni from ethnically diverse backgrounds. Members have the opportunity to connect directly with employers, participate in networking events, and help plan career-focused programs, panels, and workshops for the broader Temple community. The organization welcomes both full-time and part-time students of any major or class year, with no dues or GPA requirement for general membership.
