Temple University
The Epidemiology & Biostatistics Student Association (EBSA) at Temple University represents and amplifies the voices of students within the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. EBSA provides a networking, academic, professional, and collaborative platform designed to support students and enhance their educational experience in line with the standards of Temple University and the department. Membership is open to Temple students (full-time or part-time) enrolled in any master’s or PhD program in Epidemiology or Biostatistics, undergraduate students pursuing the Applied Epidemiology minor, and students in related programs such as Environmental Health and department-based graduate certificates. EBSA facilitates peer support, professional development opportunities, and connections with faculty through events, workshops, and mentoring, helping students build skills and networks for careers in public health, research, and data-driven decision-making. No membership dues are required.
