Allow pop-ups so you can verify your identity.

Start here.

When a browser blocks a pop-up, it usually tells you. On a phone, a Pop-ups blocked message appears at the bottom of the screen. On a computer, a small icon appears at the right of the address bar. Choose Always show or Always allow for Rentaba, then press the verification button again.

No message? Your browser may be blocking pop-ups without asking. Find your device below.

iPhone & iPad.

On iPhone and iPad, Safari’s pop-up setting lives in the Settings app, not in Safari itself.

Safari

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Apps, then Safari. On iOS 17 or earlier, scroll down and tap Safari.
3. Turn off Block Pop-ups.
4. Go back to Rentaba and tap the verification button again.

Chrome

1. Tap the verification button in Rentaba.
2. When Pop-ups blocked appears at the bottom of the screen, tap Always show.
3. No message? Tap More (⋯), then Settings, then Content Settings, then Block Pop-ups, and turn it off.

Android.

The same steps work on Android phones and tablets.

Chrome

1. Tap the verification button in Rentaba.
2. When Pop-ups blocked appears at the bottom of the screen, tap Always show.
3. No message? Tap ⋮ at the top right, then Settings, then Site settings, then Pop-ups and redirects, and turn it on.

Samsung Internet

1. Tap ≡ at the bottom right, then Settings.
2. Tap Sites and downloads.
3. Turn off Block pop-ups.
4. Go back to Rentaba and tap the verification button again.

Using Firefox or Edge on your phone? Open the browser’s Settings, look under Privacy or Site settings for Block pop-ups, and turn it off. Labels vary between versions, so pick the closest match.

Mac & Windows.

Chrome, Edge and Firefox work the same way on Mac and Windows. Safari is Mac only. These steps allow pop-ups for Rentaba only, not for every site.

Chrome

1. Click the verification button in Rentaba.
2. At the right of the address bar, click the Pop-up blocked icon.
3. Choose Always allow pop-ups and redirects from app.rentaba.co, then click Done.
4. Click the verification button again.

Safari (Mac)

1. With Rentaba open, choose Safari > Settings from the menu bar. On older versions of macOS, it’s called Preferences.
2. Click Websites, then Pop-up Windows in the sidebar.
3. Next to app.rentaba.co, choose Allow.
4. Close Settings and click the verification button again.

Edge

1. Click Settings and more (…) at the top right, then Settings.
2. Go to Privacy, search, and services, then Site permissions, then All permissions, then Pop-ups and redirects. In some versions, start from Cookies and site permissions.
3. Next to Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add site, enter https://app.rentaba.co and click Add.
4. Go back to Rentaba and click the verification button again.

Firefox

1. Click the menu (≡) at the top right, then Settings.
2. Click Privacy & Security and scroll to Permissions.
3. Next to Block pop-up windows, click Exceptions. In newer versions, it’s Manage exceptions.
4. Enter https://app.rentaba.co, click Allow, then Save Changes.
5. Go back to Rentaba and click the verification button again.

Still stuck?

• Pause any ad blocker or content blocker for Rentaba. Some block pop-ups even after you’ve allowed them.
• Close the tab, open Rentaba again and restart verification.
• Try another browser: Safari on iPhone or iPad, Chrome on Android.

Once you’re verified, you can turn the pop-up blocker back on.
