Is there a set-up fee?
No. Every plan has a $0 set-up fee. You pay the plan price and nothing else, unless you choose to add Retro Boost.
Is Retro Boost included in any plan?
No. Retro Boost is a $49.95 one-time add-on available on any plan. You add it from your dashboard after sign-up, and you confirm each past payment before we report it.
What happens when I cancel?
You cancel from your dashboard, any time. We stop reporting and close the account at the bureaus. The on-time history already reported stays on your file.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from your dashboard. The new plan takes effect at your next billing date.
Which credit bureaus do you report to?
Rentaba furnishes rental data to Experian RentBureau and is an approved TransUnion data furnisher; TransUnion reporting begins once onboarding is complete. (Last updated: October 2026)
